If you buy as a consumer, you may withdraw from the distance sales contract without giving a reason within 14 days after you receive the item (or the last item, if the order is delivered in parts).
This 14-day window starts when you, or a person indicated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.
To meet the deadline it is enough to send a clear statement of withdrawal before the 14 days expire. You may email hello@pitonjewelry.com. A model withdrawal form is not required.
How to return goods
After you withdraw, send the goods back without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of informing us. Contact hello@pitonjewelry.com so we can confirm the return address.
You should return the goods complete, unused so far as reasonably possible, and with original packaging where you still have it. You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Unless the goods are defective or not as described, the consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
Refunds
We will refund the price of the returned goods and the standard shipping you paid to receive them, using the same payment method, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of the withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you supply evidence of having sent them, whichever is earlier.
If you chose a more expensive delivery method than the least expensive standard option we offered, we are not required to refund the extra shipping cost.
Dispatch of new orders
Ships within 3 business days of order. That dispatch expectation applies to outbound orders after payment. It is separate from the 14-day return window, which is counted from receipt of the goods.
Faulty or incorrect goods
If the item is faulty or not as described, email hello@pitonjewelry.com with photos if possible and your order details. Statutory consumer rights (including rękojmia) apply in addition to the 14-day withdrawal right and are not replaced by this page.
