These terms apply to distance sales of goods offered in the PitonJewelry shop at https://pitonjewelry.com (the “Shop”). The seller is PitonJewelry (the “Seller”).
Contact: hello@pitonjewelry.com. Use this address for orders, returns, and complaints. The Shop is intended for consumers in the European Union. Shipping is offered to countries listed in the Shop’s shipping configuration. You select the destination country on this site; Stripe Checkout then collects the shipping address in that country.
Products, prices, and language
Product names, descriptions, photos, videos, prices, and availability come from the Shop catalog. Prices are shown in euro (EUR). The Shop does not calculate or display VAT or other taxes; any tax obligations of the customer outside the Shop remain the customer’s responsibility as applicable.
The catalog and Shop interface are in English. These legal pages are provided in English and Polish.
A product marked as sold out cannot be added to the basket or purchased. Quantity per product may be limited as shown on the product page.
Basket, contract, and payment
Adding items to the basket is not a purchase. You review the basket on this site, select a shipping country, and then continue to Stripe-hosted Checkout to enter a shipping address and pay.
The contract of sale is concluded when payment is successfully completed through Stripe Checkout. We then confirm the order by email.
Payment is processed by Stripe. Available methods (for example card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay) depend on Stripe and your device. We do not collect card details on pitonjewelry.com.
Shipping and dispatch
Ships within 3 business days of order. The Seller ships parcels manually to the shipping address collected at Checkout.
All shipping is tracked. Destinations and per-country tracked shipping prices are defined in the Shop’s shipping configuration. Poland currently has free tracked shipping. Other currently listed countries currently have a €20 tracked shipping rate unless that country’s configuration specifies a different amount. The shipping price charged is the server-configured rate for the country you selected, not a price entered in the browser.
If shipping cannot be offered for a country, that country is not available to select. You may cancel Checkout without being charged.
Consumer withdrawal and complaints
If you buy as a consumer, you may withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, as described on the Returns / Refund page. Statutory warranty (rękojmia) rights under Polish and EU consumer law are not limited by these terms.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Poland, without depriving a consumer of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the consumer’s country of habitual residence.
A consumer in the EU may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Using that platform is not required before contacting us.
